IMPORTANT: Before using your DIRECT LINE please read these Terms of Use and Personal Privacy provisions associated with the application's use and functionality.

At DIRECT LINE, we are committed to treating and using nonpublic personal information about you with responsibility. In the course of our business relationship with you, we collect information that is necessary to provide you with our products and services. We treat this information as confidential and recognize the importance of protecting it. We value your confidence in us. 

DIRECT LINE Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which DIRECT LINE Parts Locating system collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the DIRECT LINE APP. This privacy policy applies to the APP and all products and services offered by DIRECT LINE.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users DOWNLOAD OUR APP , subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form to contact us, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our app. We will collect personal information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in app activities. We are the sole owners of the information collected on this app. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via push in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

    • We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order.
    • We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.
    • To run a promotion, contest, survey or other APP feature
    • To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.
    • To send periodic emails
    • We may use the email address to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests.

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our data center. We take precautions to protect your information. Via our website or smartphone application, we do not request for sensitive information such as Credit Card numbers, home address or social security information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

    6. DIRECT LINE has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will post a notification on the APP , revise the updated date at the bottom of this page and send you an email. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

  6. Your acceptance of these terms

    7. By using this APP, you signify your acceptance of this policy and terms of service. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our APP. Your continued use of the APP following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

    TRADING RULES AS A WRECKING YARD

    ALL THE SALES ARE 30 DAYS CHARGE BETWEEN MEMBERS.
    1. BODY PARTS CAN’T BE RETURNED AFTER 7 WORKING DAYS.
    2. ENGINES AND TRANSMISSIONS CON’T BE RETURNED AFTER MORE THAN 10 WORKING DAYS “UNLESS THE SELLER” AGREES TO ECCEPT IT BY TYPING IN THE TELETYPE OR THERE IS
    A WARRANTEE ISSUE.
    3. ANY CORES DUE MUST BE RETURNED TO THE SELLER ACCORDING TO THE RULES. UNLESS                       SELLER AGREES TO PICK IT UP.
    3. ANY CUT BODY PARTS CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS IT WAS A WRONG PART (MISTAKE BY THE SUPPLYING YARD) OR THE PART THAT WAS DELIVERED ARRIVES IN AN UNUSABLE (I.E., DAMAGED) CONDITION.
    4. STANDARD 90 DAYS WARRANTY WILL APPLY TO ALL ENGINES AND TRANSMISSIONS SOLD IN THE SYSTEM UNLESS OTHER WISE SPECIFIED ON THE TELETYPE.
    5. IF A CORE PART IS BEING SOLD TO MEMBER, IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK AND INSPECT THE ITEM BEFORE FINALIZING THE PURCHASE WHEN THE ITEM IS PAID. THEN THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND FOR THE "CORE" PART THAT HAS BEEN PURCHASED UNLESS, THERE IS A WRITTEN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE BUYER AND SELLER "NOT ON THE INVOICE BUT IN THE SYSTEM" BEFORE THE "CORE" ITEM IS DELIVERED.

    PUBLIC & REPAIR SHOPS

    All users other then Auo Wrecking Yards can sign up from the app and use DIRECT LINE for free of charge as a parts locating tool for their personal or as a business use.
